Registry Fee Schedule
The following fees should be disclosed on your HUD Closing or Settlement Statement. The Senate and House of Representatives adopted a new bill a few years ago that more than doubles the fees at all Registry of Deeds in Massachusetts. The new fees dramatically raises the existing fees and will cause a seller, buyer and/or an individual refinancing to recalculate their closing costs.
The following is the Fee Schedule for the Suffolk County:
