The following list of vendors has been obtained from various clients, neighbors and/or friends. If you are considering renovations, the experiences of most of my clients have shown that the best referrals are usually obtained from your friends, relatives and co-workers. Be aware that contracting reliable vendors is a time consuming process which will afford you a great education in the value of "finished product" or "move in condition"! I have many resources available for you to research and would be more than happy to discuss your particulars and arrange contact information on an as needed basis. Take the time to research your decisions thoroughly, and as always; please feel free to ask for references!

Please Note:  Most condominium associations require that you notify them prior to the actual renovations (check with the Management Company, concierge or trustee). If you want to start this process prior to your closing, you can usually obtain access to the condominium with a 48-hour notice to preview the property with the contractor(s). Please schedule the appointment(s) with your vendors weekdays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM in an effort to avoid any inconvenience to the current occupants and inform me of any appointment. If you wish, I will schedule the appointment(s) with all necessary parties on your behalf and will also accompany you to the property.
