Exiting Tenant,

Move-In/Move-Out Guidelines: Essentially, the exiting/current tenant must vacate the property along with their belongings and leave the apartment "broom cleaned", no later than ?/?/?? 6pm the day your lease expires. The new tenant customarily obtains access as soon as the current tenants vacate; but technically not until 8am the morning of your lease commencement date! However, if the exiting tenant is vacating the property early (which many times they do) I will let you know and you can start moving in at that time. I will contact you a few days prior to the occupancy date to arrange delivery of the keys.

PLEASE NOTE that your security deposit will be refunded within 30 days of vacating less any unpaid rent, cleaning charges and/or damage etc. If not vacated by ?/?/?? 6pm you will incur all costs associated with housing new tenants and any storage costs. And remember that if the unit is not left broom clean and free of debris, a charge of up to $250.00 will be deducted from your security deposit!
