I like to start by outlining a few expectations that you expect from me...so that we can all feel comfortable during this interview process:

I call it the: 1, 2, 3 or Me!

I’m aware you may be in the initial stages of this process and understand that you have many options:

1. After you research this you may decide to not to buy right now!

2. Or you could decide to hire a different Buyer's Agent!

3. Or you could buy a house without a Buyer's Agent...if you do feel free to access my website as a resource!

4. Or, you could choose to do business with ME…if you do...

Closing 326 properties totaling over a quarter of a billion dollars since 1995, the single most important thing I could do as your broker is to identify the best property for you and your needs at the lowest possible selling price!

I assume that brokers have different presentation styles.... I would like to ask for the liberty to act as if you have already chosen me as your realtor...that way you can see exactly how I work...at the same time this allows me to explain all of my philosophies and strategies in regards to the current market conditions, neighborhood information, mortgage pre-approvals, real estate databases, showings and open houses, offers to purchase documents, home inspection issues and of course negotiating strategies…as well as everything I would do to help find the best home for you at the best price...before you sign an agreement with me...ok?
